Can passengers see my licence and my papers?

No. Your licence, your medical certificate and your ID document stay private. They live in My account, they are reviewed only by the Volara team, and are never shown to passengers.

What passengers see

Only your public introduction: your bio, which you write in My profile. That's the only text on the passenger side. Don't confuse the two: your public profile is visible to everyone, while My documents stays in your private space.

Why this separation

A licence, a medical certificate or an ID document are sensitive documents. Volara checks them for the safety of the flights on offer, then keeps them out of sight. You show your bio, not your papers.
