Where do I upload my licence and supporting documents?

Everything happens in your account, under My account, in the My documents section. It's a private space that only you can see. This section is reserved for pilot, owner and operator accounts: a passenger has nothing to prove, so they don't see it.

How to upload a document

Choose the type of document (licence, medical certificate, ID document, insurance, airworthiness certificate, etc.), give it a title, add the file (image or PDF), then confirm. The document is then sent to the Volara team for verification.

After uploading

Each document displays its status: awaiting review, approved or rejected. An approved document is locked. To update it, simply upload a new version: it goes back for verification in turn, without deleting the previous one.
