Who can offer a cost-shared flight on Volara?

Offering a cost-shared flight is reserved for private pilots. You need a private pilot licence (EASA PPL) and an account verified by Volara. You share the costs of a flight you would have made anyway: you are not selling seats.

An operator is not cost-sharing

If you operate flights commercially, you fall under commercial air transport, not cost-sharing. That requires an Air Operator Certificate and goes through an operator account, which is separate from the pilot account.

Your listing starts as a draft

You are free to create your listing: it starts as a draft that you can review and complete at your own pace. Publishing it, however, is only possible once your account has been checked by Volara.
