What does the Verified by Volara label mean?

It means we have checked the partner's documents before letting them offer flights. For a pilot: their licence, medical certificate and insurance. For an operator: the elements linked to their air operator certificate.

A check before and during

The verification is not done once and for all. Volara checks the partner's status when the listing is posted, and again each time it is displayed. If a pilot is no longer verified, their listings automatically disappear and can no longer be booked.

What this guarantees you

You only see flights offered by pilots or operators whose documents have been checked and are valid at that moment. This is the foundation of trust at Volara: knowing who is taking you, and on what basis.
