What if the flight is cancelled because of the weather?

If the pilot cancels the flight for weather or safety reasons, you are refunded in full, and automatically. There's nothing for you to do on your side.

Safety always comes first

The pilot remains the sole judge of whether the flight can go ahead. A sky clouding over, a wind too strong: a postponed flight is better than a risky one. That decision is theirs, and it's made in your interest.
